Headcanon for fangsty

HEADCANON
↪ Born on January 17th.

↪ Born three hours after Zero and doctors were worried he'd be stillborn - due to the hunter's twin curse.

↪ Rather sickly as a child, sometimes bad enough to be hospitalized (but usually pretty rare).

↪ Always feels better when his twin is with him.

↪ Did hear parents talking about him the Night but didn't meet Shizuka and plot to kill his parents or turn Zero into a vampire. Instead he set about proving them wrong through his actions.

↪ Drew away from Zero after that until his twin wouldn't put up with it anymore and made him tell him.

↪ After that he started talking/arguing with his parents about things that were bothering it. Which puts a slight strain on his relationship with them but is better than canon events.

↪ When Zero went to Cross Academy, Ichiru stayed with their teacher for more training. Partly to make up for when he was too sick to do it when he was younger and because he still had somewhat frequent episodes.

↪ Typically uses a short bladed weapon (mostly for defense - anti-vampire weapon) but does know martial arts, how to shoot a gun and even wire like his mother.

↪ Hates needles, especially for shots/blood drawing or stitches.

↪ Knows basic first aid and how to sew someone up but absolutely dislikes doing it himself.

↪ Is the rebellious child between him and Zero.

↪ He's only sick on occasion these days, always when there's something going around and not just from standing around in the cold. (Perhaps one big illnes a year and a regular cold.)

↪ Knows how to cook and is pretty decent at it. Works well with Zero in the kitchen but argues about flavoring/spices.

↪ Has trouble waking up in the early morning and stays up way too late at night.

↪ Is above average in intelligence - excelling in English/Japanese, history but dislikes math and science even though he's decent in both.

↪ Is not all that good in althetics.

↪ Has a love/hate relationship with White Lily. AKA she lets him feed her if there's a fence between them, otherwise doesn't want anything to do with him.

↪ Doesn't like sour or spicy foods as they used to upset his stomach as a child.

↪ Likes faintly sweet baked goods or items with fruit or flavorful foods. Also enjoys trying new foods, especially from other countries.

↪ His favorite food is Zero's tomato soup, always insists on it when sick.

↪ Has a relatively good appetite normally and barely one when sick.

↪ Likes flavored shaved ice when feverish or has a sore throat.

↪ Enjoy fruit flavored teas, especially blackberries. Doesn't use a lot of sugar. Doesn't like coffee at all.

↪ Favorite seasons are spring and fall because he likes watching the world change colors. Especially likes cherry blossom viewing.

↪ Ichiru doesn't enjoy being cold (unless Zero is close and he can siphon warmth from his twin).

↪ Took up playing both the piano and violin when he was about 12, mastered both in a short period of time. Currently learning: tbd later

↪ Constantly learns or even creates new songs to play for his family.

↪ Speaks/reads/writes several different languages. List: tbd later

↪ One of his favorite hobbies is reading fiction novels from all over the world.

↪ Grew his hair out just a little bit longer than Zero's and sometimes wears it in a ponytail.

↪ Has never attended a vampire soiree and doesn't particularly want to.

↪ Writes in a loopy script or in a small uppercase font (for English).

↪ Has an impressive collection of books at home and a smaller one at school.

↪ Prefers quiet places or rooms he can pratice/play music.

↪ Prefers animals over people, in general. Does not get along with kids much. Yet does know how to charm a crowd.
